Take the road RD 559 to Cavalaire, to the left, up the stairs to Patec circular pergola. Take the road to the right of the church, then  corniche of Aix-les-Bains, Clément Bayard, Corniche de Genève. At the intersection of the corniche of Nancy, go down 50 meters on the left. At the "col de l'étoile", after the "Pink House", take the left lane RF FP 331 33 during 1.3 kilometers to the Col du Canadel where you have a beautiful view on the Rayol-Canadel, the sea and the Isles d'Or.

 

Walk up during 500 meters until the private forest road towards Bormes, then the Louve forest track (to Pramousquier) At the intersection, stay on the left and down to the paved road to the right -. Follow "Lotissement Hautes Louves " No. 1 to 18 and 19 to 34. At the intersection of Corniche des Pins and Corniche des Genêts straight on, intersection of the Corniche des Arbouses and Arbouses impasse, right to the road. At the Louve, left, at the RD 559 cross the road and down to the chemin de l'écuelle until the old railway track. A left towards Cavalaire, walking 2.7 km, pass under the tunnel until a car park "Parcs du Rayol" Up the road on the left, take the stairs and RD 559, back to the tourist office.
